The customer may create derivative products from our packs and sell them, provided they request authorization from us.
2.2. The products offered by RVERSO are exclusive and protected by copyright.
2.3. RVERSO Access – Annual Subscription: Users can subscribe to RVERSO Access, which provides unlimited access to all products and future releases for the duration of the subscription.
Payments
3.1. Payment for products purchased on RVERSO will be processed through third-party payment gateways, such as Mercado Pago, PayPal, among others.
3.2. By completing a payment transaction, you agree to pay RVERSO the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
Support
4.1. RVERSO is not responsible for providing technical support for products sold by collaborators. Instead, collaborators are responsible for providing technical support for their own products.
4.2. RVERSO is responsible for supporting its original products.
Copyright
5.1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the products sold by RVERSO are owned by RVERSO or its collaborators.
5.2. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the products sold by RVERSO without written authorization from RVERSO or its collaborators.
Disclaimer
6.1. RVERSO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the products sold by RVERSO.
6.2. RVERSO does not guarantee that the products sold will function properly in all hardware and software configurations.
Modifications
7.1. RVERSO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
7.2. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on the RVERSO website.
Applicable Law
8.1. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Brazil.
8.2. RVERSO is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse or unauthorized use of the products sold. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the security of their device and protection against unauthorized access.
8.3. The user acknowledges and agrees that RVERSO is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by products derived from the purchased products on the site, as well as any other products created by the user.
8.4. The user acknowledges and agrees that RVERSO is the sole owner of the copyrights to the products sold, and the resale or commercialization of the products without proper authorization is expressly prohibited.
8.5. The user acknowledges and agrees that RVERSO is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of any product purchased on a collaborating marketplace, and the user should contact the respective marketplace directly for support or clarification.
8.6. In the event of a copyright infringement by the user, the user agrees to indemnify and hold RVERSO harmless from any losses, damages, expenses, and costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs.
8.7. RVERSO may, at its sole discretion, terminate the user’s access to the website and/or products if the user violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
8.8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute arising from the use of the website or the products shall be submitted to the competent Brazilian courts.
8.9. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and RVERSO regarding the use of the website and the purchase of the products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, regarding these matters.
8.10. RVERSO reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the website or products after any modifications signifies the user’s acceptance and agreement to the changes.
Refund Policy
9.1. Our products are designed to assist artists in the process of creating their music. All products are developed with and for the leading plugins and software on the market. They are entirely digital, so physical delivery is not necessary, and downloads are made directly from our servers.
9.2. Each product has a complete description that includes everything contained in the packs, such as the software used and its version. We are not responsible for errors resulting from the use of outdated or pirated/cracked/nulled software. If you encounter an expired or corrupted download link, please contact us to correct the problem.
9.3. Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code guarantees that customers can request a refund for any digital product within seven days. After this period, we may refuse the return, but we are still willing to negotiate to ensure a good relationship with our customers.

Usage Policy
10.1. When purchasing products from RVERSO, the buyer is allowed to use the samples, loops, vocals, presets, and other materials in their personal or commercial projects. However, reselling the same product or distributing the pack in its original form is strictly prohibited.
10.2. Users may create derivative works from our packs and distribute or sell them, provided they have received authorization from RVERSO.
